Ben Berman

Benjamin specializes in intellectual property law and patent strategy in a wide range of technical fields, including computer software and hardware (e.g., artificial intelligence and machine learning, data analytics, autonomous vehicles, cloud computing architectures, data storage, encryption and security, networking, graphical user interfaces, databases, and semiconductors), medical devices, and mechanical devices.

With over 14 years of experience both in AM Law 100 law firms and as in-house counsel, Ben has represented clients ranging from small startups to large public companies to strategically develop and manage U.S. and foreign patent portfolios. In addition to his legal experience, Ben also has several years of software development experience.
