Company History

Ahmann Kloke was formed in April 2019, with a dedication to high-quality IP services. Bill Ahmann and Daniel Kloke each worked as partners at some of the largest law firms in the world. We both found a passion for working with a variety of clients with a variety of legal needs. Our drive to deliver the best possible experience for our clients prompted us to form Ahmann Kloke.

Large law firms have their own interests, including prizing the largest clients above all others. Large law firms also stress the importance of appearances to attract the most expensive legal talent, to justify increasing high hourly rates, and to discover what the maximum amount they can charge for any given service.

We found the large law firm mindset often interferes with taking the time necessary to provide different clients with high-quality legal services that meet their needs. Our legal services are dedicated to understanding each of our client’s needs, technologies, and markets to provide patents, IP assets, and legal services that create business value and protect our client’s specific markets.

We work with clients of every size, including early startups through Fortune 500 companies. We are driven to provide each client with the individual attention that they deserve.

The AK Network

Occasionally, a client may have non-IP legal needs that are outside of our expertise. In those cases, we often recommend utilizing particular lawyers in the AK Network. The AK Network is a network that we founded and includes lawyers and experts to serve our clients. We have personally worked with each member before they joined the AK Network. To be a member, the lawyer or expert must have shown consistent skill, expertise, and dedication to their clients.

We have found members of the AK Network to be useful for legal needs of limited duration as well as long-term projects.
